About me
For me, joy and happiness are essential—being able to laugh, whether in my personal or professional life. Authenticity is just as important: at the end of the day, I want to be able to look in the mirror and truly see myself.
I strive to lead by example. As a leader, I focus on developing my team members and finding ways to achieve our shared goals together. When selecting a teammate, I consider what they bring to the role—do they have complementary skills, do they offer a different perspective, and do they have the potential to surpass me one day if I support them in their growth?

Throughout my career, I have seen myself as a coach, mentor, or consultant. I don’t believe things always need to be perfect, but I am committed to continuous learning and self-improvement. Much of what I have achieved has been through willpower and endurance, but over time, I’ve come to realize that my body has its own intelligence. When I trust my body and instincts, I can accomplish even more than through sheer determination alone.
I first became aware of this in China when I discovered Tai Chi. In Western culture, the focus is often on being better, faster, and going further, whereas in China, I learned to connect with myself, my body, and others on a deeper level. This understanding was further developed through my three-year Somatic Experiencing (SE) Practitioner training and continues to evolve with my current three-year Ray Castellino training.
Beyond these experiences, I have extensive expertise across multiple industries, including tourism, telecommunications, and healthcare, as well as in diverse functional areas such as finance/controlling, sales & marketing/commercial, human resources, market research, and divestments/M&A activities. I have successfully led numerous complex global projects.
My intercultural competencies have been shaped and strengthened by living in the USA, Belgium, Switzerland, Thailand, and China, as well as by leading international teams.
I hold a degree in microeconomics, with a focus on accounting/controlling, marketing, tourism, and economic philosophy.
